By accessing or using Artha-IQ ("the app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. About Artha-IQ
Artha-IQ is an AI-powered personal finance intelligence platform operated by PITHONIX AI INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62090TS2026PTC213220), Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The app provides financial health analysis, tax estimates, goal planning, and AI-generated advice based on information you provide.
2. Not Financial Advice
Artha-IQ provides informational and educational analysis only. Nothing in the app constitutes regulated financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial product. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making financial decisions. Pithonix AI is not liable for any financial decisions made based on the app's output.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use Artha-IQ. By using the app, you confirm you meet these requirements.
4. Account & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.
- Login is via email OTP — do not share your OTP with anyone.
- We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice or refund.
5. Subscription Plans & Payments
- Artha-IQ offers a free tier and pay-per-module access: Tax Optimizer (first 2 uses free, then ₹50/use), Goal Planner ₹150/use, Money Leaks ₹150/use, Cost of Living ₹200/use, Expert View ₹250/use, Salary & Skills ₹400/use.
- Full View subscription is ₹699/month and unlocks all modules for 30 days.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. By subscribing, you also agree to Cashfree's terms of service.
- Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from activation. They do not auto-renew — you must manually repurchase.
- Pithonix AI reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
- Share your account credentials or OTP with any other person
- Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the platform
- Use the platform to develop, train, or benchmark a competing product or AI model
7. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Software
This is proprietary software. All rights reserved. No open-source licence applies.
All content, branding, user interface design, source code, algorithms, AI models, scoring logic, data structures, API architecture, and all other components of Artha-IQ are the exclusive intellectual property of PITHONIX AI INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. This includes but is not limited to the Artha-IQ name, the Pithonix AI brand, logos, visual identity, and all associated marks.
You are expressly and strictly prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing, publishing, or redistributing any part of the app or its underlying code
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code or algorithms of the platform by any means
- Creating derivative works, clones, adaptations, or products based on or inspired by Artha-IQ
- Using the Artha-IQ name, Pithonix AI name, logos, or any visual elements in any form without written consent
- Scraping, crawling, or extracting data or content from the platform by automated or manual means
- Selling, licensing, sublicensing, or transferring access to the platform to any third party
Any breach of this section will result in immediate account termination without refund and may result in civil and criminal legal action under:
- The Copyright Act, 1957 (India)
- The Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)
- The Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India)
- Applicable international copyright treaties including the Berne Convention
8. Referral & Partner Programme
- Referral credits and partner discounts are subject to change or withdrawal at any time.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
- Any attempt to abuse the referral system (fake accounts, self-referrals, etc.) will result in account termination and forfeiture of all credits.
- Partner arrangements are governed by separate written agreements and these terms apply in addition to those agreements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pithonix AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Artha-IQ. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will display the effective date of the latest version at the top of this page.
