Cancellation & Refund Policy

WealthIQ is a digital subscription service operated by PITHONIX AI INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. As a digital product, our refund policy is as follows.
1. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by emailing info@pithonix.ai.
- Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing month.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- Your data and profile will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which they may be deleted.
2. Refunds
Standard policy: We do not offer refunds for the current billing period once a payment has been processed, as the service is immediately accessible upon payment.
3. Exceptions — When We Do Refund
- Technical failure: If the service was completely inaccessible for more than 48 continuous hours due to our fault during your paid period, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund.
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same plan in error, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded.
- Within 7 days of first payment: New subscribers who have not meaningfully used the service may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment — no questions asked.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email info@pithonix.ai with:
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
- Reason for the refund request
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Free Access
Artha-IQ offers 2 free uses of the Tax Optimizer module. No credit card is required. All other modules are available on a pay-per-use basis or via the Full View subscription (₹699/month). We encourage you to explore the app fully before purchasing.
