WealthIQ ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by PITHONIX AI INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62090TS2026PTC213220), registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What We Collect

• Email address — used for login via one-time code (OTP). We do not store passwords.
• Financial profile data — income, expenses, savings, and investment figures you enter voluntarily. This is stored securely to personalise your financial analysis.
• Profile photo — if you choose to upload one. Optional.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details.
• Usage data — session count and plan status, used to manage your subscription.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide personalised financial health scores, tax estimates, and AI-powered advice.
• To send login OTP codes to your email (via Resend).
• To process and verify subscription payments (via Razorpay).
• To sync your profile across devices when you sign in.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS). Profile photos are stored in Supabase Storage. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

• Razorpay — payment processing (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy)
• Resend — transactional email for OTP delivery
• Supabase — database and file storage
• Google Gemini / Anthropic Claude — AI analysis (your financial data may be sent to these APIs to generate advice; no data is retained by these providers beyond the API call)

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above, strictly to operate the app.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us. We will delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.

8. Children

WealthIQ is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
